Are you an operationally focused HR BP looking for more exposure to projects & strategy work and the opportunity to join a highly commercial and driven HR team?
I am delighted to be working with a large, complex matrix organisation who are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their established and highly performing team. Reporting into the HR Manager, working alongside a team of 2 other Business Partners supporting a diverse workforce of c. 800 employees this role has a roughly 70% operational / 30% proactive project/strategy mix with duties including:
This is a full time permanent position which is predominantly site based and requires weekly travel within Leicestershire and monthly travel to London.
This role is highly focused on building trusted relationships with your stakeholders and influencing and coaching on people issues, making commercially focused decisions with both the success of the business and people in mind.
For this role we are looking for experienced HR professionals who have delivered operational HR support across the employee lifecycle in large, complex and ideally matrix organisations who pride themselves on their stakeholder management. You will enjoy working with data to analyse and identify trends and be adaptable and flexible in ever changing fast paced environments. You will be someone who has a true deep understanding of UK employment law and understand how to influence and engage employees with the ability to interpret and flex policies and procedures when needed.
