Job summary

Huntress in Edinburgh is partnering with a regulated infrastructure business to recruit a People Partner (Employee Relations) on a permanent basis. The role is four days on site and one day from home, with a salary of £55,000 plus £6,000 car allowance and a 10% bonus.

The ER-led generalist position focuses on hands-on casework, advising operational managers on policy and employment law, reducing case volume through early intervention, training managers, and supporting restructures while

Qualifications

• Background as an HR Advisor, ER Specialist or People Partner.
• Strong UK employment law knowledge and current live casework experience.
• Demonstrable track record of advising and influencing senior operational stakeholders.
• Experience designing and delivering manager training.
• Exposure to organisational change and restructure.

Responsibilities
