Salary details: Bucks Pay Range 3 £26,865.00 - £28,818.00 (equivalent to £28,129 to £30,174 for full time)
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: 37 hours per week/44 weeks per year

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated person to join our friendly and committed Human Resources Team. Reporting to the Chief People Officer (CPO), you will be involved in the full employee lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding of new staff right through to managing leavers. The HR team works closely in a fast-paced environment and is committed to attracting, retaining, and developing a professional, self-disciplined, and ambitious workforce dedicated to delivering positive outcomes for all our students. Working flexibly as part of the team, this role will provide efficient administrative support ensuring an effective day-to-day HR service.
