Further details about the role

Key purpose of role: This training position provides the postholder with Human Resources experience whilst studying for a degree in Management. This post offers the opportunity to develop in business management and work with the senior management team at East Norfolk. Upon completing the 4-year degree, the postholder will have a permanent role supporting the Human Resources Adviser and assisting the Senior Management Team in people management planning.

The successful candidate will earn a BA (Hons) degree in Management and Chartered Manager status. The apprenticeship combines online distance learning with in-person workshops, including one day on campus. After the degree, there is an opportunity to pursue CIPD Level 5 and Level 7 qualifications, leading to professional HR or payroll accreditation.
