We are currently hiring for an urgent HR / Talent Administrator role based near Southwark. You need to be immediately available or on very short notice. The role is based in the office 3 days per week with 2 days at home. This is a 6-month FTC initially.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic HR Administrator / Talent Administrator to join our Human Resources team. This role requires a highly organized, energetic, and innovative individual with a passion for talent management and administrative excellence. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department's daily operations, focusing on talent acquisition and providing exceptional administrative support. Strong presentation skills are essential, as the role involves communicating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance our employer brand and facilitate recruitment processes.

This is a 6-month FTC initially. Salary: 30-35k.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Develop and maintain job descriptions, role requirements, and interview guides for all positions.
  • Implement and oversee efficient HR administrative processes, including record keeping, data management, and HR reporting.
  • Conduct and present HR analytics to support decision-making processes and improve HR strategies.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, training sessions, and workshops, demonstrating strong presentation skills.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruitment trends, tools, and best practices, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.
