Position Summary: The Human Resources & Wellness Officer at St. Pancras London will provide a comprehensive, confidential Human Resources service to support the achievement of business goals and strategies. The role involves developing and maintaining positive internal and external customer relationships with associates and managers. Wellness is an integral part of the role, requiring the creation and execution of a Wellness agenda to support overall associate wellbeing across the workplace. The role provides high standards of support, both administrative and non-administrative, to the Human Resources department.

  1. As a generalist within the Human Resources discipline, the Human Resources Officer will handle activities including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, wellness, and HR reporting and analytics.
  2. You will assist the Human Resources Manager and the Director of Human Resources in building and maintaining positive relationships with associates, managers, and candidates for employment.
  3. Provide high-quality support and guidance to stakeholders within our high-volume, five-star, lifestyle environment.
