Aramco Trading Limited (ATL), incorporated in London in 2019, deals with energy trading, including procurement and sale of refined products, crude oil, and chemicals. The company also engages in shipping, chartering, storage, and financial derivatives trading, expanding into LPG and LNG markets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide HR support for the London team
• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
• Process monthly payroll
• Administer employee benefits and ensure pension compliance
• Support HR activities such as performance management, training, and compensation
• Maintain accurate HR records
• Lead reporting, dashboards, and HR analytics
• Support system and process development
• Participate in HR projects
