Human Resources Analyst

City (£50,000 - £60,000 plus bonus + benefits)

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Analyst to take their skills to an international level and play a pivotal role in how a global business manages and understands its people. You’ll be responsible for payroll, people data, and reporting across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and the delivery of real-time insights that directly support business strategy. From managing monthly payroll and pension processes to supporting reward and benefits initiatives and contributing to annual remuneration reviews, your work will touch every part of the employee lifecycle.

You will also be at the forefront of data integrity and systems optimisation, leading regular audits, improving processes, and helping to implement and migrate to new HR systems. This is a role where you will design and refine workflows that streamline HR operations, working closely with colleagues across departments to integrate and improve processes.
