Job summary

Tate Recruitment is seeking an Early Careers Advisor in London to guide Trainee Solicitors through their progression while gaining exposure to broader HR duties. The role includes coordinating inductions, rotations and assessments, supporting graduate recruitment and vacation schemes, and working towards a fully funded CIPD qualification.

The position offers exposure to both Early Careers and generalist HR responsibilities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' Early Careers experience within a law firm.
• Experience supporting trainee solicitors, graduate recruitment or vacation schemes.
• Knowledge of training contracts and/or the SQE route to qualification.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A proactive and organised approach.
• Ambition to build a long-term career within HR.
