Position: Regional Human Resources Advisor (Children’s Residential)

Location: Yeovil/Somerset - Hybrid with regional travel

Gross annual pay: £30,000-£35,000

The post holder will be part of a team that provides a professional, impartial, and balanced Employee Relations (ER) advice service and case management provision to our business. The purpose of the team is to provide focussed Employee Relations support to the organization, committed to delivering a high-quality service that clearly demonstrates added value to the business. This role provides first-class support to the Human Resources and Employee Relations units.

In this role, you will join an experienced and supportive team within a fully equipped setting. You will share the same unified goal to actively enable each and every one of the children and young people in our care to achieve their own personal best.
