Reporting directly into the Operations Director you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality HR support across the organisation. You will be the first point of contact for all HR-related matters, providing expert advice to managers and employees, supporting recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.

Our operations team support both businesses in our group – Fruition IT & Enablis. A PE backed group specialising in providing people focused solutions to technology challenges.

  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including absence management, disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management
  • Support and guide managers through HR processes, ensuring consistency and compliance.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of internal staff, including drafting job descriptions, interviewing, and managing offers and contracts
  • Coordinate and update HR documentation including contracts, policies, and employee handbooks
  • Maintain and update HR systems and personnel records with support from the Senior Office Administrator, in line with GDPR and data protection legislation
  • Support the Head of TA & Development with learning and development initiatives, including induction processes and training records
  • Provide HR metrics and reports to inform strategic decisions
  • Lead or support HR projects such as policy reviews, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and employee engagement activities, implementation of HR tech
  • Keep up to date with employment law and HR best practices, ensuring continuous improvement
