A global business partner in Sheffield is seeking an experienced HR Advisor for a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. You will manage the entire employee lifecycle and support various HR projects. The successful candidate will have a proven HR background and hands-on experience with employee relations casework, ideally in construction or manufacturing environments. A CIPD qualification is preferred.

Reporting directly into the MD, you will be operating in a standalone role, managing the full employee lifecycle from start to finish.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Manage ER casework from start to finish, providing regular support to operational managers.
- Support with Recruitment processes.
- Support the wider HR team with HR projects and initiatives.
- Oversee the on boarding and leavers process.
We are looking for:
- Proven HR background working true generalist roles.
- Hands on experience managing ER casework.
- Experience gained within construction, manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ideally CIPD qualified.
