Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.

  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment law.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives, including employee engagement and training programs.

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience in an HR Advisory or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and UK employment law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • CIPD Level 3 or higher qualification (preferred).
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
