This role requires a proactive People Advisor with exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Our client is looking for a highly organised, passionate and experienced professional who is ready to make an immediate impact. You'll closely support the People Team of 3 people and the agency's management team. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role perfect for someone with a proven track record of building fast, collaborative relationships and who can hit the ground running and support on ER matters for one of their most celebrated client groups.

The agency is 500 strong and the role will predominantly support and lead on all generalist HR matters for one of their biggest teams (130 people) working on one of their most prized clients. The agency provides an amazingly collaborative culture, where open communication and an unwavering commitment to diversity of thinking, background, and skill-sets runs through everything they do.

You will be the first point of contact for all HR support and advice for the team and will exhibit professional confidence to influence and persuade with a diverse range of stakeholders, working with collaboration and trust. With the support of the wider People Team, you will collaborate in managing disciplinary and grievance investigations, ensuring adherence to employment law and a culture of fairness and openness.

As the People Advisor at this dynamic media agency, you will be pivotal in championing initiatives that enhance the employee experience and drive meaningful change.
