We are seeking a confident and proactive HR Advisor to join our client's busy team on a fixed term basis . This is a fantastic opportunity for a CIPD Level 5 qualified professional with strong generalist HR experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a range of HR queries and providing advice to managers and staff
• Supporting employee relations matters, including case management in a unionised environment
• Processing payroll information and liaising with external providers
• Managing right to work checks and visa processing
• Delivering effective HR administration across the full employee lifecycle

What we’re looking for:

• Solid HR generalist experience, including employee relations
• Previous experience in a unionised environment is desirable
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
• Excellent attention to detail, organisational and communication skills
• Salary up to £45,000 per annum (pro-rata, dependant on experience)
• Discretionary annual bonus
• 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays (pro-rata)
