The role includes managing employee relations, developing HR policies, and ensuring effective onboarding processes. Job Description
The purpose of this job is to support the Head of HR in providing a comprehensive, professional and customer focused HR service to all levels of staff, ensuring good HR practice across Keltbray.
Duties & Responsibilities
Requirements
Essential:
Minimum of 3 Years HR experience
CIPD Level 5 Qualified
Excellent Microsoft skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
Desirable:
CIPD level 7, member of CIPD
