An established industry player is seeking a proactive HR professional to join their team in Greater London. In this role, you will develop strong relationships with business management to ensure effective HR activity management. You will provide valuable advice and support to managers on HR issues, contribute to a proactive communications strategy, and assist in recruitment and employee relations. This position offers a dynamic work environment where your contributions will directly impact the organization's success. Salary: £30,000 (pro rata based on hours)
Annual leave: 25 days plus bank hols (prorated) based on part time hours
Hours: 25-30. Ideally Mon-Fri but would allow Mon-Thur.
The successful candidate will be of graduate calibre and CIPD qualified. Experience of HR best practice in a manufacturing environment would be beneficial, as is having a good understanding of employment law.
