About your new job Reporting to the National HR Manager, you will assist with the smooth operation of the HR department by providing expert advice to all stakeholders on HR and industrial related matters. Your duties will include but not be limited to:
Day to day HR support, and point of contact for employees
Recruitment - Assisting managers with recruiting new staff by creating position descriptions, advertising, and at times liaising with recruitment agencies, organizing interviews and reference checks
Industrial/employee relations - Assist and coach managers in performance management, disciplinary action & grievances
Ensure compliance with Awards and legislative Acts. Update any changes that affect the relevant Awards
Design, update and maintain Policies & Procedures
Implement OHS training for all employees & managers
Training & Development
Maintain personnel files and all HR record keeping; assist with other admin duties if and when required
About you!
Minimum 3-4 years HR experience (generalist/advisor/etc)
Relevant tertiary qualifications
Diverse cultural awareness
Ready for a challenge and a great career
Passion for people relations, and enjoy interacting with others
Excellent communication skills
Cantonese communication skills highly regarded
