Job summary

A leading HR consultancy in Doncaster is seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to manage employee relations casework and support recruitment and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong HR background, excellent attention to detail, and be ideally CIPD qualified. This is a full-time office-based role offering a competitive salary up to £35k.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Manage ER casework from start to finish, providing regular support to operational managers.

- Support with Recruitment processes.

- Support the wider HR team with HR projects and initiatives.

- Oversee the on boarding and leavers process.

- Support the wider HR team to implement employee engagement processes when required.

We are looking for:

- Proven HR background working true generalist roles.

- Competent user of Microsoft Office.
