Due to busy business demands a head office location of a global manufacturing organisation has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Advisor to join them. You will providing HR support to the Corby site, reporting directly to the Directorship Team:
We would expect the successful Human Resources Advisor to be able to qualified to CIPD Level 5 or equivalent, demonstrate HR experience within a busy manufacturing or production environment. Be an excellent communicator with strong organisational skills, have a confident, professional and helpful manner. You will be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with the company processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked within HR Advisory, HR Business Partner or a HR Coordinator position.
You will be joining the Corby UK Head Office of a company that has been established for over 40 years, and have an enviable reputation in their field of manufacturing. Working directly with the Directors, this role offers variety on a daily basis.
