ACS International Schools is seeking a highly organised, proactive HR Advisor to join our collaborative HR team, working at our Cobham Campus on a 1 year Fixed Term Contract.
Providing first level generalist HR advice to managers, this is a varied role providing up to date and informed HR guidance and support on HR policies, processes, and systems. Working closely with the HR Business Partnering team you will manage onboarding, probation, performance management and employee relations case work when required.
The role holder will also support and oversee the management of compliance for ACS Cobham, in accordance with UK legislation and the ISI (Independent Schools Inspectorate) standards. This will include managing compliance checks for all new starters and maintaining the Single Central Record (SCR). This role will also oversee payroll accuracy, manage the visa process for staff, and support the central HR Operations team whilst working closely with the business at Egham as needed.

This is a FTC for an initial 12 month period, full-time position 35 hours per week based at the Cobham campus. Occasional travel to other UK campuses may be required during peak times.
