Information About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic HR Administrators to join the National CT Policing network and support the strategic aims of the HR functions. The HR Administrator will provide administrative support across the HR team, focusing on their respective functions during a demanding period.

Responsibilities

The core responsibilities of the HR Administrator include:

  • Vetting: Providing administrative support for CTP London vetting activities. Support vetting cases from start to finish, ensure quality assurance checks on HR data, register cases on the vetting portal, and record updates and results accurately. Respond to queries from applicants and managers.
  • Talent and Attraction: Support activities for internal and external recruitment events across the CT Network to attract high-quality candidates. Assist the Talent & Attraction Manager with recruitment initiatives such as apprenticeships and graduate schemes.
  • Service Delivery: Manage recruitment activity for CTP, process routine paperwork, maintain accurate records, and collate management information monthly. Respond to ad hoc requests from internal and external units regarding secondment and attachment arrangements.
