A leading organization in the National CT Policing network is seeking an enthusiastic HR Administrator to support various HR functions. This role involves providing administrative support for vetting, managing recruitment activities, and assisting with talent attraction initiatives. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in HR administration and a commitment to supporting the strategic aims of the organization.
This is an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic HR Administrators to join the National CT Policing network and support the strategic aims of the HR functions. The HR Administrator will provide administrative support across the wider HR team, focusing on their respective functions during a demanding period.
Responsibilities
The following outlines some of the core responsibilities of the HR Administrator position:
Provide administrative support for CTP London vetting activities. Support vetting cases from start to finish, ensure quality assurance checks on HR data, register cases on the vetting portal, and record updates and results accurately. Respond to queries from applicants and managers within the business.
Assist with activities for internal and external recruitment events across the CT Network to attract high-quality candidates. Support the Talent & Attraction Manager in delivering recruitment initiatives such as apprenticeships and graduate schemes.
Manage recruitment activities for CTP, process routine paperwork, keep records up to date, and collate management information monthly. Respond to ad hoc requests and inquiries from internal and external units regarding secondment and attachment arrangements.
