About the role

As part of the HR Shared Services Team, the HR Services Coordinator will deliver first-line support and day-to-day activities for the HR Team. The individual will respond to employee enquiries and leadership requests.

What you will be doing:

  1. Provide administrative support to the US operations.
  2. Maintain accurate and current electronic personnel files and documentation in compliance with applicable legal requirements, company policies, and country-specific legislation.
  3. Partner with HR Business Partners and Centres of Expertise to support the HR Target Operating Model.
  4. Assist with onboarding: preparing contracts, offer letters, new joiner documentation, background screening, and country-specific processes.
  5. Coordinate and deliver new hire orientation and onboarding activities.
  6. Assist with assigning and following up on mandatory training via Enstar’s Learning Management System.
  7. Provide first-line support and escalation for HR systems.
  8. Process changes to employee records within Enstar’s HRIS, including onboarding, job changes, and leavers.
  9. Prepare employee changes and termination paperwork, notifications, and change forms.
  10. Answer FAQs from employees concerning HR processes.
  11. Support HR inquiries and requests.
  12. Stay updated on global HR practices.
  13. Assist with HR projects such as data audits, new policies, and programs.
  14. Perform other duties as required.

  • Experience working in a dynamic environment and contributing to smooth operations.
  • Effective team collaboration and remote working skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
