Job Title: Recruitment Administrator

Location: Guildford

Pay rate: £16.41 per hour (salary equivalent £32,000)

Hours: 9.00am - 5.30pm

Working pattern: Hybrid 3 days in the office, 2 days from home (once training completed approx 4-8 weeks)

Parking at office location: Yes

Our client, an award-winning company located on the outskirts of Guildford, is seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. The role is available for an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with posting job advertisements across various platforms, including the Application Tracking System (ATS) and LinkedIn.
  2. Remind managers to review CVs and shortlist candidates.
  3. Coordinate interview schedules and prepare necessary documentation.
  4. Prepare and send candidate feedback in a timely manner.
  5. Support the HR Manager with ad-hoc recruitment tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  1. Immediate availability and commitment to the duration of the temporary assignment.
  2. Previous experience in a recruitment or HR administrative role, with a solid understanding of recruitment best practices.
  3. Ability to make informed decisions around candidate feedback and contribute to an effective recruitment process.
