A leading UK pastry manufacturer in Corby is seeking an HR Administrator to join their small team. The successful candidate will support HR operations, maintain personnel records, and assist with payroll for 175 employees. This role offers a salary up to £24,000 per annum, flexible working hours, and benefits such as life assurance and 33 days holiday.

What are we looking for?
We are currently seeking aHR Administratorto join us at a very exciting time of growth. You will form part of a very small but friendly team and be regularly exposed to a wide variety of HR related administrational duties.
The successful candidate will provide efficient administrational support to the HR Business Partner and be responsible for collating accurate data for a monthly payroll process for 175 employees.
