Who are we?

We are a leading UK manufacturer of pastry and dough products based in a brand-new state-of-the-art food manufacturing plant based in Corby. We proudly supply a wide range of pastry, pizza dough and ready to bake cookies to all retailers in the UK.

What are we looking for?

We are currently seeking aHR Administratorto join us at a very exciting time of growth. You will form part of a very small but friendly team and be regularly exposed to a wide variety of HR related administrational duties.

The successful candidate will provide efficient administrational support to the HR Business Partner and be responsible for collating accurate data for a monthly payroll process for 175 employees.

Duties

  • To accurately maintain personnel records
  • To fully support the employee life cycle with all administration tasks
  • Maintain the time and attendance system, holidays and sickness data as required
  • Review, collate and report payroll information for the external provider, monthly
  • Support with HR initiatives, i.e: free fruit, communication updates for events
  • Provide HR data analysis to HRBP, weekly

Key Attributes/Skills/Knowledge

  • Experience of working within a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in HR, advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, both written & verbal with a good command of the English language
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to work towards tight deadlines
  • A team player with emotional intelligence and ability to communicate at all levels
  • Professional approach to confidential information

Remuneration and Working Hours

  • up to £24,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • ER pension contribution up to 7%
  • Free Fruit/Tea and Coffee
  • Onsite Car Parking
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm, with flexi time after a successful probationary period
  • Life Assurance
  • 33 days holiday, including bank holidays
  • Start date: mid September 2025
