Job description

HR Administrator

We are looking for a motivated and organised HR Administrator to provide administrative support to the HR BP’s and HR Director for overall Employee Experience, including L&D, Advisory and Talent Acquisition, M&A and ad-hoc HR projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in human resources, great communication skills, a willingness to learn and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibility for managing the shared HR inbox with the other HR Administrators and being the first point of contact for all general HR related queries.

Manage the onboarding process, including contract drafting, processing pre-employment checks and arranging induction sessions

Processing all offboarding, including drafting leavers letters, calculating holiday entitlements, and informing payroll of relevant arrangements.

Drafting changes to terms and conditions letters and contract variations, as required

Responsible for managing the probation process and supporting the People Advisors with family leave processes

Supporting the HR Advisors/Business Partners with cyclical processes, such as salary and performance reviews.

Assisting with the roll out of the HR team policies and procedures

To provide administration support to the wider people team.

Support with the management and updating of employee data through the HR Information System

To support the HR Advisors/Business Partners with note taking in employee relations meetings

Support with various projects being managed by the people team

Working with the wider HR team, including talent acquisition and payroll, to provide a seamless experience for our employees.

Any business administration qualification would be an advantage, but not essential

Experience of working in a professional services environment

You will have strong communication skills, have excellent attention to detail and be able to organise and priorities workloads. Experience of all MS Packages would be an advantage as well as Teams!
