Job Description: HR Services Coordinator
As part of the HR Shared Services Team, the HR Services Coordinator will deliver first-line support and manage day-to-day activities for the HR Team. The individual will respond to employee inquiries and leadership requests.
What you will be doing:
- Provide administrative support to the US HR department.
- Maintain accurate and current electronic personnel files and documentation in compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and country-specific legislation.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Centres of Expertise to support the HR Target Operating Model.
- Assist with onboarding processes, including preparing contracts/offer letters, new joiner documentation, background screening, and country-specific procedures.
- Coordinate and deliver new hire orientation and onboarding activities.
- Assist with assigning and following up on mandatory training via Enstar’s Learning Management System.
- Provide first-line support and escalate issues related to HR systems.
- Process changes to employee records within Enstar’s HRIS, including onboarding, job changes, and departures.
- Prepare employee change and termination paperwork, notifications, and change forms.
- Address frequently asked questions from employees regarding HR processes.
- Support HR department inquiries and requests.
- Stay updated on global HR practices.
- Assist with HR projects, including data audits, policy development, and program implementation.
- Perform other duties as required.

- Experience working in dynamic environments and applying good work habits.
- Effective collaboration and remote working skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
