Job description

The Human Resource Officer supports the HR department in implementing HR strategies, policies, and best practices. The role includes responsibilities such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. Need to play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting orientation sessions.

Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is complete, up to date, and confidential.

Administer employee benefits, payroll inputs, and leave tracking.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and keep up to date with regulatory changes.

Address employee inquiries and support employee relations initiatives.

Assist in performance management processes including appraisals and training coordination.

Coordinate training and development activities to support employee growth.

Prepare HR reports, metrics, and dashboards for management use.

Support the implementation of HR software or systems.

Participate in internal audits and HR process improvements.
