What you'll be doing

  • Lead HR business partnering with departments to align HR strategies with organisational goals
  • Develop and implement progressive recruitment, retention, and workforce planning strategies
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and lead cultural transformation efforts
  • Provide guidance on performance management and employee relations matters
  • Ensure HR compliance with employment regulations and internal policies
  • Prepare and manage the hospital's manpower budget and optimisation plans
  • Oversee internship and administrative scholarship programmes
  • Lead strategic HR projects that advance healthcare human capital practices

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business, or related studies
  • 7 - 9 years of HR experience with 2 - 4 years managerial experience
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, HR compliance, and industry best practices
  • Proven track record in leading talent management, workforce planning, and organisational development initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior leaders to drive business and people strategies
  • High level of discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and data-driven HR decision-making
