The Purpose of the Role
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager, HRIS to oversee our global HR systems, primarily focusing on Workday. This role involves managing daily operations, vendor relationships, and system optimization, as well as evaluating the future direction of our HRIS ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will possess deep operational knowledge of Workday, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate across different regions and departments.
