The candidate will manage HR data analytics, reporting, and be responsible for system improvements and stakeholder communications within a hybrid working model. Do you have experience of working with HR Systems and do you love being responsible for data analytics, metrics and reporting?!
This role is a busy and varied position as you'll be part of a large HR team, but also supporting across other departments. You'll be a whizz with HR data, and able to configure and implement any HR System changes and functionality.
Pulling and compiling reports will come naturally to you, and you'll be able to provide training on the system to your colleagues. You'll be liaising with stakeholders across the business and the wider HR team, and will be the 'go to' for anything systems related.
Data cleansing, auditing and ensuring accuracy of data will also fall under the remit of the role. You'll lead and get involved in wider HR projects such as pay gap reporting, annual salary and bonus review process, and stay gap report.
You'll enjoy keeping up to date with the latest reporting trends and networking with other peers.
You'll be managing two others in the team, so you'll enjoy motivating and developing others.
