A leading company in marine services is seeking an HR professional for end-to-end recruitment and payroll management. The ideal candidate will facilitate on-boarding, manage employee records, and ensure compliance with MOM regulations. The role demands excellent communication and organizational skills, making it an engaging opportunity for proactive individuals.
Job Description & Requirements
Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including payroll and commission calculation
Manage and handle employee’s records in Info-Tech System
Administer on-boarding and off-boarding programs
Handle staff & worker levy matters
Organize and execute employee engagement and welfare activities
Maintain and update employees' personal files
Assist in the administration of employee confirmation, contract renewal, re-employment, employment certification letters, assists in reference checks, etc
Handle employees’ insurance
Submission of government-paid claims such as NS claim, Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave, Paternity Leave, and other related claims
Support HR activities and initiatives
Provide support on office administrative matters
Other general HR admin duties.
Key Attributes:
Min Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Singaporean and PR
1-2 years of working experience with hand on payroll calculation
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Familiar with Info-Tech System
Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Meticulous, proactive, and a good team player.
Able to start work immediately or at short notice
Able to work under minimal supervision
