The Job

What You’ll Own

  • Align HR strategy with company goals and team structures
  • Lead end-to-end people operations: onboarding, performance, development, and offboarding
  • Be a trusted advisor to leadership on org design, talent management, and team development
  • Drive employee engagement, feedback cycles, and team health metrics (e.g. eNPS, retention)
  • Solve employee relations issues with professionalism and clarity
  • Create and refine global HR policies for compliance and consistency
  • Champion leadership coaching and team alignment in a remote-first model
  • Support hiring initiatives through role scoping and process design

The Profile

What You Bring

  • 3+ years in HRBP, HR Manager, or People Ops roles (remote/startup experience is a plus)
  • Deep understanding of HR compliance, employee relations, and performance management
  • Strong ability to advise cross-functional leaders and implement scalable people strategies
  • High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and a bias for action
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus
  • Proficiency with tools like BambooHR, Slack, Notion, Google Workspace
  • Prior experience in distributed teams or global companies preferred
