Key Responsibilities :

  • Act as a primary contact for people-related matters within your client group, offering professional P&C support and cultivating strong relationships with leaders at all levels.
  • Provide coaching and empower leaders to deliver effective and consistent people management outcomes, allowing them to assume increased responsibility for people-related aspects.
  • Lead the successful implementation of P&C strategies, delivering high-quality and cohesive P&C services.
  • Develop and report on P&C strategies to improve organisational outcomes.
  • Facilitate performance management, workforce planning, talent management, and training needs, collaborating with the Learning & Development and Recruitment teams to support key positions and talent.
  • Maintain legal knowledge, manage employee relations (ER) issues, provide guidance on P&C policies, and promote a positive organisational culture.
  • Support the execution of safety initiatives, investigate WHS breaches, and ensure compliance with WHS legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Participate in projects and external / internal activities and events that will support your development and business outcomes.

Qualifications :

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including remote workforces.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced setting.
  • Previous Business Partnering experience.
  • Confidence, problem solving skills and decisiveness.
