We are an international team of HR professionals located across Europe supporting a wider international region that spans the Middle East and Canada. We are keen to bring on a Human Resources Senior Associate. We work closely and professionally and look to develop and have fun while doing it.

You will provide support to management and employees with engagement programs, performance management, operational excellence, and legal compliance. You will contribute to advancing the company’s vision and business goals and achieving the human capital strategy.

You will be responsible for the following:

  1. Business Partnering: Act as a business partner and advisor to the UAE and support the HCBP’s with the UK, France, and Canada.
  2. HR operational excellence: Support local HR administration and payroll requirements together with the HR Associate and support from our centralized HR Operations and Payroll teams. Focus on automation and leveraging capabilities of Workday and other systems. Set up and improve the efficiency of HR-related services and policies, analyze trends and metrics.
  3. Employee Engagement & Wellbeing: Foster engagement and wellbeing initiatives aligned with our People First motto. Drive positive change to support our growing global and local organization, including Inclusion and Diversity activities.
  4. Performance Management: Support managers and employees throughout the annual performance cycle, aiming for excellence and growth. Resolve employee relations issues and address grievances.

What You Will Need:

  • Degree or equivalent experience; seeking a second or third career step in HR.
  • At least 4 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Strong background in HR processes affecting the Employee lifecycle.
  • Ability to connect genuinely with people and partner with HR and business stakeholders internationally.
  • Proven success supporting HR programs in a matrix and global environment.
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work across international organizations, set own agenda, and manage time effectively.
