EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION

The Executive Compensation team handles regulatory reporting, remuneration disclosures, governance, and European remuneration regulations. It also manages disclosures of Directors' Emoluments, senior employee compensation, employee equity queries, and other firmwide projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will:

  • Prepare and review regulatory submissions
  • Determine Material Risk Taker population
  • Prepare and review public remuneration disclosures
  • Draft responses to regulatory queries
  • Prepare materials for remuneration committee meetings
  • Participate in ad hoc projects related to remuneration rules
  • Report on director’s emoluments
  • Assist with other annual executive remuneration processes
  • Coordinate with colleagues across departments such as Equity Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Legal, and Tax

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Candidates should have:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in reward, compensation, or tax, preferably in Financial or Professional Services
  • Knowledge of Executive Compensation practices and European regulations is advantageous
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to data quality
  • Project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Understanding of firmwide functions and regional requirements
  • Client service orientation and a proactive attitude
  • Good judgment and flexibility
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
