THE TEAM & RESPONSIBILITIES

The role is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or junior HR professional to fulfill a generalist HR role, exposed to all aspects of the HR function in a global financial firm. The successful candidate will join the EMEA Business Partner (BP) team to support the delivery of their regional and global people strategy.

  • Work alongside senior BPs, partnering with regional and business unit leaders to deliver on their people strategy and be the point of contact on HCM-related matters.
  • Collaborate with HCM functional groups (e.g., Compensation, Diversity & Inclusion, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Mobility, Recruiting) to provide seamless HCM services on a range of matters including local and international mobility, new hire offer management, data management, reporting, etc.
  • Participate in global project teams to deliver annual talent management processes, including goal setting, talent reviews, annual feedback, promotions, compensation, and people pulse surveys.
  • Analyze and review people data to help shape and drive the people strategy.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Recent graduate or junior HR professional (up to approximately 3 years' experience).
  • Demonstrable passion for HR - ideally studying towards or holding an HR degree, CIPD qualification, or equivalent.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player and collaborator with potential to work increasingly autonomously over time.
  • Self-motivated and organized.
  • Ability to analyze data; competent in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, or aptitude to learn quickly.
