The Team & Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of regional and global people strategies as part of the EMEA Business Partner team.
  • Partner with senior BPs and regional leaders on HR initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR functional groups on mobility, offer management, data, and reporting.
  • Participate in global talent management processes such as goal setting, talent reviews, feedback, and promotions.
  • Analyze people data to inform HR strategies.
Skills & Experience
  • Recent graduate or junior HR professional (up to 3 years’ experience).
  • Passion for HR; studying towards HR degree or CIPD qualification preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player with potential for autonomous work.
  • Self-motivated and organized.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with aptitude to learn quickly.
