Human Capital Management - Business Partner - Analyst - Birmingham

About the role: This role offers an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or junior HR professional to support the HR function in a global financial firm. The successful candidate will join the EMEA Business Partner team to assist in delivering regional and global people strategies.

  • Partner with senior Business Partners and regional leaders to implement people strategies and serve as the point of contact on HCM-related matters.
  • Collaborate with HCM functional groups (Diversity & Inclusion, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Mobility, Recruiting) to provide seamless HR services.
  • Participate in global projects related to talent management, including goal setting, talent reviews, feedback, promotions, and surveys.
  • Analyze people data to inform and shape HR strategies.

Skills & Experience:

  • Recent graduate or up to 3 years' HR experience.
  • Passion for HR; studying towards HR degree or CIPD qualification preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player with potential for autonomous work.
  • Self-motivated and organized.
  • Aptitude for data analysis and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
