TELUS Digital is seeking a Human-AI Interaction (HAI) & UX Expert to architect user experiences for intuitive AI. You’ll study friction between human intent and machine response, refine personality and empathy, and optimize multi-turn conversations to build trust.

This remote role drives global collaboration across 20+ domains and 500+ languages and dialects. You’ll work on accessibility, calibrating trust, and crafting specialized personas to ensure tone alignment across industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Cognitive Psychology, UX Research or Behavioral Economics.
• Native-level proficiency (C2+) in your primary language.
• English proficiency minimum B1 for global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct conversational UX auditing to optimize multi-turn AI interactions.
• Analyze trust calibration and refine AI responses to balance confidence.
• Develop personas and tone variants to match different industries.
