We’re working with an international business at the heart of industry-shaping events - connecting people, ideas, and innovation in ways that unlock real-world opportunities.

The HubSpot Lead will champion the end-to-end use of HubSpot across the business, owning the roadmap, elevating campaign delivery, and ensuring marketing and sales operate in sync via smart integrations.

The HubSpot Lead will:

  • Own platform strategy, adoption, and optimisation across a global marketing function
  • Set up and fine-tune workflows, automations, emails and journeys to drive engagement
  • Partner with IT to support a stable, scalable link between HubSpot and Dynamics 365
  • Deliver internal training and create resources to build user confidence and consistency
  • Identify opportunities for smarter processes and automation across the MarTech stack

You Will Need:

  • Solid hands-on experience managing HubSpot CRM in a commercial setting
  • Fluency in digital marketing principles and data structuring best practices
  • Technical understanding of platform integrations
  • Clear, confident communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Bonus points for HubSpot accreditations and CRM migration experience
  • Salary: 65-70K + 20% Bonus
