Hubspot CRM Manager - Altrincham

We are looking for a CRM Manager who has exposure to Hubspot. This exciting new opportunity is working for a fantastic organisation who can offer a dynamic and forward-thinking stable future. The ideal candidate will enjoy working as an email campaign specialist with a love of results-based reporting, setting up dashboards & automated customer journeys. You will be working within a busy start-up, where every day is different.

Role description:

• Develop and execute successful CRM campaigns that align with marketing strategy and overall business strategy.
• Responsible for data cleansing, preparation, migration, and system integrations to ensure a smooth CRM experience.
• Build email workflows, automation, and reporting tools to enhance the efficiency of campaigns.
• Analyse data analytics and CRM information.
• Deliver monthly metric & insight reports to senior management teams.
• Stay ahead of tech, healthcare & CRM industry trends to provide the best solutions.
• Work closely with sales and marketing to segment data, develop & refine customer journey solutions.

Required skills:

• At least 5 years CRM & email marketing experience.
• Experience working with CRM systems (specifically HubSpot) and a strong understanding of CRM best practices.
• A background in HubSpot data analysis, integrations, or workflow automation.
• Write & build email campaigns within the HubSpot platform.
• Strong analytical and data-handling skills.
• Experience with automation, development of customer journeys, workflows, and CRM integrations.
• Great analytical skills & results reporting, translating CRM dashboards into actionable insights and refining & optimising based on results.
