Job summary

Steadman Hub in Leeds is seeking a HubSpot CRM Manager to own activity across Sales, Marketing, Service and Data Hubs. You will be in the Leeds office 3x per week, combining hands-on technical work with business-focused adoption and training to maximise HubSpot value.

You will build and automate processes, integrate HubSpot with third-party systems using APIs and middleware, and train teams to drive adoption and ROI in a regulated financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Prior FinServ or fintech experience is needed, with full security clearance.
• Extensive experience owning HubSpot across multiple businesses, with complex integrations.
• Understanding of technical solutions when integrating HubSpot – APIs and middleware.
• Excellent training and adoption skills across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own HubSpot across the full suite, implementing solutions across multiple business teams.
• Build, scale, and automate business processes through HubSpot - configuring pipelines, workflows, and sequences.
• Integrate HubSpot into 3rd party business systems - via APIs and middleware.
• Train business teams on HubSpot best practices and drive adoption across the business.
