Role Summary:
We are seeking a HubSpot & Business Analytics Specialist with strong technical skills to optimize our CRM and automation processes, analyze business performance, and coordinate data flows across teams. You will play a key role in refining HubSpot configurations to meet evolving business needs, supporting performance reporting, and managing cross-functional projects that involve HubSpot API integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- HubSpot Configuration & Automations: Customize and optimize workflows, lead-nurturing sequences, and sales pipelines in HubSpot. Ensure automations support departmental objectives and business strategies.
- Business Analytics & Reporting: Work with teams to identify key metrics, develop dashboards, and interpret data trends. Provide insights on performance changes and resource needs.
- Workflow Optimization: Collaborate with sales and marketing to design and improve HubSpot workflows that enhance lead management, automate tasks, and increase conversions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the development team to design and manage API integrations between HubSpot and other tools.
- Process Improvement: Troubleshoot system issues and propose enhancements for efficiency and scalability.
- User Support & Training: Offer ongoing support and practical training for daily HubSpot users to maximize effective usage.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage and manage stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proven HubSpot Experience: 3+ years managing HubSpot portals (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, integrations). Skilled in designing lifecycle stages, pipelines, and workflows.
- Analytics & Reporting Skills: Ability to create dashboards, attribution models, and interpret performance data.
- Programming Knowledge: Experience with Python and/or R for data processing, automation, and API interaction. Ability to develop clean, maintainable scripts.
- Additional: Experience with AI-based solutions is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Versatile team player with strong communication skills in English, capable of coordinating across technical and business teams.
