Job Title: Technical Integration and Automation Lead
Location: Sheffield / Birmingham (3 days/week on site)
Salary/Rate: Up to £500 per day Inside IR35
Start Date: 01/10/2025
Job Type: Contract - Until the end of the year

Company Introduction:

We are currently seeking a Technical Integration and Automation Lead to join our client on a contract basis. This role will focus on delivering integration, automation, and observability solutions across a diverse range of technology systems and services.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives:

• Work with IT system owners and engineers across a wide variety of technology systems and services.
• Deliver integration and automation solutions, ensuring they are efficient and effective.
• Apply observability practices using tools such as Splunk and AppDynamics.
• Utilise testing tools to support system and integration validation.
• Support reporting solution activities, including the creation of use cases, wireframes, and process design.
• Contribute to data mapping, test case development, and coordination across systems.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Proven experience in integration design, automation delivery, and technical implementation.
• Strong knowledge of observability systems such as Splunk, AppDynamics, or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with testing tools and processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and stakeholders.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

• Experience in reporting solution design, including use cases, wireframes, and process mapping.
• Knowledge of data mapping and test case development.
• Strong coordination skills across multiple teams and systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
