The HTPEM Test Manager will play a pivotal role in leading the testing and validation of hydrogen fuel cell systems within the organization. This position not only focuses on running effective tests but also on creating a robust testing strategy that aligns with our long-term objectives.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive testing strategies for HTPEM systems
Oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of all HTPEM testing activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and ensure alignment with product development milestones
Analyze test results, identify trends, and provide insights and recommendations for design improvements
Establish guidelines and procedures for safe testing practices and ensure compliance with industry standards
Manage and mentor a team of test engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership and stakeholders
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all testing activities and results
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or a related field); Master's degree preferred
5+ years of experience in testing and validation roles, preferably in the fuel cell or aerospace industry
Demonstrated experience in managing test teams and overseeing complex testing projects
Strong understanding of hydrogen fuel cell technology and HTPEM systems
Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation of test results
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to fuel cell testing
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to mentor and develop team members
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to travel as needed to support testing efforts and stakeholder engagement
