HTB Group in Greater London seeks a part-time Youth Pastor to lead the weekly youth programme, pastor young people, and support the youth team. You will oversee spaces, plan events, recruit and train staff, and provide pastoral care within the HTB Youth community.

The role emphasizes strong administration, excellent organisational skills, and a committed Christian faith. Salary is £28,000 pro rata for 21 hours per week, with benefits to support wellbeing and work-life balance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support the delivery of the weekly youth programme.
• Pastor and disciple young people through 1:1s, Pods, and group settings.
• Oversee and develop key youth spaces (e.g. Upper Room, Gaming, Young Guns).
• Plan and deliver youth events and conferences (e.g. Leadership Conference, Youth Weekend Away, Focus Youth).
• Recruit, train, onboard, and support the youth team community.
• Provide pastoral care to teenagers and the wider youth team.
• Build relationships with local schools and engage young people in the community.
• Manage communications (parent emails, team updates, term dates, event promotion).
• Support financial and administrative processes (expenses, POs, production and verger requests).
• Represent HTB Youth through speaking engagements and resource creation.
• Line manage members of the youth staff team.

We are looking for a passionate and capable Youth Pastor to provide leadership in the organising, planning, and delivery of our youth ministry, while pastoring young people and supporting the youth team.
