A leading company within the Venterra Group is seeking an HSSEQ Co-ordinator for its Aberdeen headquarters. This role involves ensuring compliance with HSSEQ standards, supporting the development of safety culture, and conducting audits to improve efficiency and quality. The right candidate will have a strong background in HSSEQ within the Oil and Gas sector and contribute to a committed team that prioritizes workplace health and safety.

Role Description / Purpose of the role:
The HSSEQ Co-ordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organisation maintains rigorous HSSEQ standards. The HSSEQ Co-ordinator will support the HSSEQ Manager in ensuring workplace health and safety requirements are met in line with overall Venterra requirements. You will support the development of a positive health and safety culture where risks are managed sensibly to reduce accidents and ill health. The role will also focus on improvements in overall efficiency, quality and productivity as well as compliance with audit and legal requirements.
