Job Description:

We are currently looking for an HSSE Consultant (m/f/d) for a solar park project in Wilhelmshaven. The project starts on 18.08.2025 and ends on 28.02.2026, with an option to extend for 6 months. The workload is approximately 16 hours per week, with 10 hours onsite and the rest remote, depending on the project schedule.

Setup includes:

  • 2 days per week for onboarding, training, and meetings, initially remote, with possible site visits in Dusseldorf, Berlin, or Wilhelmshaven.
  • From October 2025 to February/March 2026, at least 2 days per week onsite, coordinating with EPC and the Client Site Manager.
Project Overview:

The project involves constructing an 18 MW solar park on the ash piles of the former Wilhelmshaven power station, connecting to the electricity network by March 2026.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze EPC HSSE plans and risk assessments for compliance with permits, contracts, and legal regulations.
  • Monitor construction for compliance with permits, contracts, and legal requirements.
  • Document deviations and present findings to EPC and client representatives for decision-making.
  • Review weekly and monthly HSSE performance reports and provide feedback.
  • Consult with internal asset owners to ensure EPC compliance with site requirements.
  • Review and process EPC reports to update project status for management.
  • Coordinate with the client’s construction and asset management teams to meet project objectives.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of German and state HSSE legislation related to construction and high voltage electrical work.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Knowledge of SIGEKO qualification.
  • Experience in solar construction, EPC, or client representation preferred.
